Claims & Repairs

Fast. Simple. Fair.

Breakdowns happen — we make sure getting back on the water doesn’t have to be a hassle. If your marine vehicle experiences a covered issue, our team is here to walk you through every step of the claims process.

How to File a Claim

Follow these steps to ensure a smooth and timely repair process:

  1. 1.

    Prevent Further Damage

Take immediate steps to stop the issue from getting worse. Continuing to operate your watercraft after a breakdown may void coverage.

  2. 2.

    Contact Us First

Before any repairs begin, call us at 833-781-8750or submit a request online. You’ll need your:

    • Agreement number
    • Marine vehicle details
    • Description of the issue
Note: Pre-authorization is required for any repair over $5,000.
  3. 3.

    Choose a Repair Facility

You can work with any licensed marine repair shop. We’ll help coordinate with the facility and authorize covered repairs directly.

  4. 4.

    Review & Approve Repairs

The repair facility will provide a detailed breakdown of what is covered under your warranty. If there are any non-covered items, they’ll be clearly explained to you before work begins.

  5. 5.

    Submit Documentation

    You’ll need to submit:

    • Repair invoice
    • Maintenance records (showing you followed your boat’s service schedule)
    • Any other documentation requested
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of completed repairs.

We’ve Got You Covered

Depending on your plan, we’ll pay directly for covered parts and labor — minus your deductible. New parts will be used wherever possible.

Emergency Assistance

Your plan includes emergency benefits like:

  • Towing Reimbursement (up to $350 per event)
  • Lift-Out Assistance (up to $300)
  • On-Site Emergency Services (up to $200)
  • Battery, Fuel, and Lockout Support (up to $300)
